Ms. Nafisa Kamal, a true example of women empowerment, is one of the directors of Lotus Kamal Group. In addition, at present she is looking after the day to day business operations of Electronics and Home Appliances Division of LK. She is also the proud owner of “Comilla Victorians” cricket team in Bangladesh Premier League.

In recent times, Nafisa has transformed herself into a women icon. She has appeared as one of the enthusiastic Ambassador of Cricket following the foot step of her father. Her extraordinary appearance in Bangladesh Cricket has motivated millions of women towards the game. Her gracious presence in cricket field has inspired many women from different tier of the society to watch the game in the stadium. Her involvement as a team owner in big tournaments like Bangladesh Premier League, has taken Bangladesh Cricket to a new dimension. Her team “Comilla Victorians” is the current champion of Bangladesh Premier League. The Victorians were established in 2015, when Nafisa Kamal, who was then the co-owner of the Sylhet Royals, announced plans to establish a franchise in Comilla. She is the most spontaneous team owner who inspired the team from day one to snatch the title in their first appearance in BPL. She always acts as a great motivator for her team, colleagues and people around her.

Nafisa Kamal comes from a very prestigious family. Her father Mr. A.H.M Mustafa Kamal, MP is the Honorable Minister for Planning of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. He is also the owner of Lotus Kamal group. Mr. Kamal is the immediate past president of Bangladesh Cricket Board and also the immediate past president of International Cricket Council. It is evident that Nafisa pursued her cricket motivation from her father.

Nafisa is a graduate from MIT, USA. Earlier she did her O-Level and A- Level under EDEXCEL International, London Examination General Certificate of Education. She has widely traveled in many places of the world.
